COVID-19 Information concerning TAT services

The Administrative Labor Court (TAT) has canceled all hearings and conciliation sessions in person, until May 1, 2020 inclusive, except for urgent cases.

Do you have questions about the coronavirus (COVID-19)?

Due to the current COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic and the risk of transmission of this virus, the CNESST has decided to cancel all scheduled expert opinions from designated health professionals, as well as pulmonologists for an evaluation medical relating to occupational pulmonary diseases, until Friday, April 3, 2020 inclusive.
The Medical Assessment Office also canceled scheduled appointments this week.
We encourage you to cancel your requests for expertise to avoid displacement of workers.

The list of occupational diseases will be reviewed

The Minister of Labor, Jean Boulet, is preparing to dust off the Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases. He will present his reform next March, a much more flexible formula from the list of diseases recognized by the Standards, Equity, Health and Safety Commission (CNESST).
